Hi! I’m Hollie, a 16-year-old baker from the Gold Coast and the creator of Batch Up.
What started as a simple love for baking quickly turned into a full-blown cookie obsession — and now I get to share it with you.
I’ve always loved baking, but cookies are my true obsession. There’s just something special about creating big, chunky, gooey cookies that taste even better than they look.
Every cookie is made small-batch, hand-rolled, and freshly baked (or carefully prepared) in my licensed home kitchen before being delivered across the Gold Coast.
Behind every order are early mornings, warm ovens, melted chocolate, and a whole lot of love poured into every single cookie.
Batch Up was created from a simple idea — make cookies that feel special. The kind you share with friends, gift to someone you love, or secretly keep all to yourself.
