Delivery Faqs

Fresh, small-batch cookies delivered from Carrara. Please allow 48 hours’ notice. Delivery fees vary by suburb, with some blackout dates. Pickup available by arrangement only.

Delivery Date & Time

When placing your order, you’ll be asked to:

  • Select a preferred delivery date
  • Select a preferred delivery time window

Once your order is received, we’ll confirm your delivery details by email or SMS.

Order Notice

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders.
  • Orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accepted.

Blackout Dates

  • Delivery is not available on certain dates due to capacity, markets, school commitments, or holidays.
  • Unavailable dates will be blocked at checkout.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is $5, $10 or $15, depending on your suburb and distance from Carrara.

Free delivery applies to:

  • Any 12-pack (freshly baked or frozen dough), or
  • Orders over $80

At checkout, customers must enter their postcode.

If your postcode is within our delivery area, delivery will be enabled automatically and the correct fee applied.

If not, you’ll see: Sorry, we don’t deliver to this postcode yet.

Pickup

  • Limited pickup from Carrara may be available by arrangement only.
  • Please contact us before ordering to organise.

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly
  • If no one is home, orders may be left in a safe place at the customer’s risk

During hot weather, we recommend being available to receive your order.
